Rates for the Yellowstone Yurt Camp, Basic Excursions
We provide Snow-van / Snow-coach transportation from West Yellowstone to the Yellowstone Yurt Camp, hearty, family style meals, heated double occupancy sleeping tent cabins, (single
occupancy available on request) all bedding and sheets, heated camp shower, cedar sauna, and a
tour and snowshoe guide. Yellowstone Yurt Camp excursions begin on Sundays and Thursdays of each week.

To Make Your Reservation With Us
- Please choose the dates you want, (first and second choices, etc.)
- Then call us to check on availability, (the camp holds only 10-12 guests).
- While you are on the phone with us, we will take your reservation and "pencil you in" with your name, address and phone number.
- You then have ten days to make your airlines reservations and check on hotels, (finalize time off work, arrange child/pet care, etc.).
- Please call us when you have your airline reservations.
- Then send us the deposit money to confirm your trip with us. (It is $150 / person.)
The Fine Print and Details, Winter 2009-10
- Our Twenty sevemth winter season begins on December 15, 2009 and runs through March 14, 2010.
- Most weeks, package trips depart from West Yellowstone as follows:

| 8 day trip: | Sunday through Sunday or Thursday through Thursday |
- The above rates include a 3% National Park Service use fee and a 3% city resort tax. A National Park Service entrance fee of $15 / person is not included.
- Deposits: A $150 per person deposit is required within ten days of making the reservations in order to confirm the reservation.
- Final Payment: Payment in full is due four weeks prior to the excursion departure date.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to October 1st will receive a full refund less a $75 per person handling fee. Cancellations made after October 1st, but more than four weeks
before departure, will forfeit the deposit. We cannot make refunds for cancellations made less than four weeks before the departure of the reserved excursion. We strongly recommend the
purchase of trip insurance.
